Your CMM Machine will be adjusted, calibrated and certified by our highly skilled factory trained technicians. We calibrate all CMM Brands and configurations plus Optical Comparators and Projectors. Xspect Technicians will provide a full service check-up and report for your CMM while performing Calibration. All accuracy verifications are performed in accordance with ASME B89.4.15 and in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025. All calibration equipment is calibrated and traceable to NIST.

"Pro" Calibration Service: Xspect Technician use precision Step Gage and Ballbars to calibrate, adjust and certify CMM accuracy.

"Premier" Calibration Service: Xspect Technicians use Laser Interferometers to perform linear accuracy, straightness and angularity checks and adjustment in addition to our "Pro" Calibration Service procedures.

We also offer low fixed price calibration services with no travel expenses charged as extras. Multiple CMM discounts and multi year contracts are available.
